Fantastic location but unfortunately the weather wasn’t so fantastic. With all the rain we had, it caused a leak from the roof in our bedroom that dripped ALL night. The a/c in one of the bedrooms leaked constantly & couldn’t use it. The room was filthy & looked like it may have been missed by the cleaners.
We were moved to another room & had a much better experience.
The apartment is bright and spacious in a convenient location with beautiful view and good price. Very friendly staff , letting us an early check in on a hot summer day, which was very nice. They also provided everything we need. We enjoyed our stay very much, love to come back in the future.
We absolutely loved our apartment. Beautiful views of the water and plenty of space for our family of 4. Everything we needed was here and it was only a short walk to the lagoon and cafes. Just brilliant!
My favourite place to stay when we visit Brisbane biannually. It’s always, clean, comfortable and the management team are so friendly and accommodating. I love the fact you can park up and walk to amazing cafes, restaurants and boutiques. |Highly recommend
In September my husband and I spent 8 nights in a fantastic 3 bed apartment. It was more than we could have hoped for. Everthing was just perfect and we had the most relaxing views looking out over the bay. I could lie in bed and watch the whale watching boat come and go, or watch TV in the lounge room with hubby while the lovely breeze drifted in. Whist the appartment was not designed for a person with disabilities, if you had limited mobility I think this apartment would still most likely still cover your needs, as long as you can stand for a regular shower. Its a perfect place to relax and people watch.
I think they had thought of everything. We had board games.
The kitchen was well equipped and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Having a laundry is also very handy.
All I can say is perfect views, best location, convenient free undercover parking and friendly staff. I will definitely be staying here again.
After my break I felt so relaxed.

Have stayed at Proximity on several occassions and have always found the apartments well appointed and clean. They are well located on the water front next to the RSL club. The Redcliffe jetty and many eating places are close and public transport is very close. Their staff are welcoming and helpful.
I had a medical appointment nearby and stayed two nights here with my son. Our apartment was huge and very clean. The area was quiet and the beach in front was lovely for a walk. I used the gym which was well equipped. Some towels and water …
